Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Mel Tull For Congress (AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) AND ITS LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES UNDER THESE SITE TERMS OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF Mel Tull For Congress(AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) AND ITS LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS UNDER THESE SITE TERMS OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE COMPENSATION YOU PAY, IF ANY, TO Mel Tull For Congress FOR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Applicable Law and Venue

Any dispute arising out of, or related to, these Site Terms or your use of the Services, will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of MD. Each party irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal court located in MD for all disputes arising out of or related to these Site Terms or your use of the Services.
